Avaya, Beta 80, Conveyant Systems launch next-generation 911 platform

Avaya said it launched the world's first, commercially available, Nena i3 compliant Next Generation 911 (NG911) platform together with partners Beta 80, a provider of emergency communications services, and Conveyant Systems, a provider of enterprise emergency management products. The integrated platform features the Beta 80 iO suite of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Call Taking (CT), and the integrated Conveyant Sentry Emergency Response Management (ERM) product.
