Avaya inks distribution agreement with Ingram Micro for the Middle East

Avaya has teamed with Ingram Micro to provide its Avaya OneCloud portfolio of services to the growing market in the Middle East region. Under the agreement, Ingram Micro will supply and support Avaya OneCloud UCaaS and Avaya OneCloud CCaaS services, with a particular focus on enabling a transition to the future digital workplace in a post-pandemic world among its partners and customers.
