Avaya integrates Afiniti's AI into contact centre platform

Avaya and Afiniti entered into a strategic partnership to improve enterprise customer experience and contact centre performance through an integration of artificial intelligence into contact centre routing technology. This collaboration will natively integrate Afiniti Enterprise Behavioral Pairing with the Avaya Contact Center platform.
