Avaya introduces Avaya Mobile Experience cloud product for contact centres

Avaya has introduced Avaya Mobile Experience, a service aimed at helping contact centres accelerate their digital transformation and reduce toll-free carrier costs. The cloud product identifies when an incoming call originates from a mobile device, transports contextual information on the caller to the contact centre, and enables selected calls to be deflected to the mobile web for a mobile application-enriching digital customer service experience.
