Avaya, iSON extend cooperation to 16 African countries

Avaya and iSON Technologies are now working together in sixteen countries in Africa to improve customer services in telecoms, banking and financial services, IT-Online reported. Avaya specialises in business communications, both internal for corporate teams and external for their customers, based on open and mobile software platforms, with the network infrastructure to meet customers' underlying needs.
