Avaya partners with Noble Systems to enhance products for customer experience

Avaya entered a partnership with Noble Systems to enhance Avaya IX Contact Center products with additional new toolsets, including gamification for employee engagement, and data analytics products for intelligent automation of processes to improve customer contact strategies. The partnership will allow Avaya to offer the Noble Gamification platform and Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Leader for Workforce Engagement Management Gamification Solutions; Noble Contact AI, a contact optimisation and best time/best channel to contact engine, as well as the Noble IQ business analytics tools.
