Avaya supplies platform for Nuuday customer service voicebot Josefine

Avaya said that Danish operator TDC's services division, Nuuday, has launched the "Josefine" service voicebot for customers, using the Avaya OneCloud communications and collaboration platform. Avaya said the Josefine assistant has been composed with Avaya OneCloud CCaaS and Google Cloud Contact Centre AI.Nuuday calls this a cognitive customer universe that aims to optimise customer service based on users' interactions with the operator.
