Avaya's Oceana customer engagement platform picked by US credit union

Contact centre products specialist Avaya's Avaya Oceana customer engagement platform was deployed by Citadel, a credit union in Pennsylvania. Oceana is a key component of the Avaya Intelligent Xperiences communications portfolio to enhance its member experience and servicing functionalities.
