Axel Springer sells buecher.de stake to Weltbild

Axel Springer is selling its 33.3 percent stake in buecher.de to the Weltbild group. Weltbild already owned the rest of the shares in the e-commerce website, which primarily sells books. Axel Springer and Weltbild set up buecher.de in 1999, when it was called booxtra.de and it has been profitable over the past ten years.
