Azerbaijan operators expand networks in Nagorno-Karabakh

Azerbaijan operator Bakcell said it has started providing its services on 2G, 3G and LTE networks in the the town of Susha. The town was taken over by Azerbaijan after the latest military conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh (also known as the Republic of Artsakh).
