Azur expands in France with Central Africa roaming offer

Bintel's mobile brand Azur, present in three Central African states, has opened a French-based MVNO subsidiary following a deal with white-label telecoms provider Legos, reports Agence Ecofin. From 31 December 2016, Azur has been offering LTE-enabled dual-number SIMs allowing users in France to call at local rates international numbers in Congo, Gabon and CAR (Central African Republic).
