Baidu to launch USD 1 bln IPO for iQiyi unit - report

Chinese internet giant Baidu plans to launch an initial public offering of its video streaming platform iQiyi. The unit could be valued at up to USD 5 billion, The WSJ reports, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter. Baidu plans to list iQiyi in either Hong Kong or the US in 2017, the people said.
