Baltcom launches OTT offering

Latvian cable operator Baltcom has introduced its OTT service Open. The service is available online using internet services from any ISP; it is also available on LTE networks. The service enables to watch 38 TV-channels, including Latvian channels TV3, LNT, TV6, Channel 2 and 3+ from the broadcaster All Media Baltic. The service will enable to use all VAS-options of IPTV services from Baltcom.
