Banglalink launches Electronic SIM registration service

Bangladeshi mobile operator Banglalink has launched an electronic and paperless SIM registration process, an initiative taken by the Government to digitalize the registration of mobile subscribers across the country. The registration process will no longer require any paper works, Banglalink said. The paperless registration process is also designed to enhance the security of subscribers' personal information.
