Banglalink launches 'Mita' virtual assistant chatbot

Bangladesh mobile operator Banglalink has officially launched 'Mita', an AI integrated 24/7 virtual assistant chatbot. Mita is designed to enable customers to get necessary customer care supports through Facebook Messenger in a more convenient and interactive way. Chatbot 'Mita' will provide instant answers to customers' queries regarding packages, offers, recharges etc. Equipped with auto-learning capacities, it will continue to evolve to respond to customers' queries.
