Banglalink offers free data, talk time for 5 million customers

Bangladeshi operator Banglalink has introduced a voice call and data promotion for 5 million of its subscribers who could not recharge their mobile accounts due to recent movement restrictions and financial issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, local newspaper Dhaka Tribune reports. Banglalink customers who have been unable to use their SIM cards since 15 April can now receive 10 minutes of talk-time and 100 MB data free of charge.
