Base's Snow attracts 15,000 subscribers

Belgian mobile operator Base Company has received more than 15,000 orders for Snow, the triple play package launched on 7 February. Base said it experienced a few problems in the first weeks with installation but that processes have since been optimised. The company said it is now able to all perfectly process 92 percent of the orders, and is working on improving communication with subscribers. Snow provides digital TV, fixed telephony and internet via VDSL2, using the network of Belgacom. Snow is available for EUR 39 per month.
