Batelco runs programme to curb use of plastic products

Batelco has launched an environmental awareness programme for its employees supporting the global environmental awareness trends and the national initiative launched by the Supreme Council for Environment to cut single-use plastic products in Bahrain. Batelco's CSR Committee, Nasna, collaborated with Clean Up Bahrain, which presented a lecture for Batelco's employees about the harmful effects of plastic on the environment, particularly on seas and oceans.
