BBC consults on free TV licences for older people in the Crown Dependencies

The BBC has launched a consultation on TV licence fees for older people in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. The BBC believes it is fair to fund a similar concessions for older people in these areas as the UK to that all licence fee payers are treated the same way.
