BBC delays changes to TV licences for over 75s due to coronavirus

The BBC and Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) have issued a joint statement saying that changes to the TV licences for over 75s will be delayed in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
