BBC must take more creative risks, attract young people - Ofcom

UK regulator Ofcom has published its annual report on the performance of the BBC. This shows that the broadcaster is generally delivering its remit for audiences, but must go further in areas such as attracting younger viewers, transparency, and taking creative risks.
