BBC outlines proposals for 'more open' corporation

The BBC is setting out new proposals on how it plans to become more open and more distinctive, heralding a fundamental change of approach for the company. The proposals will set out how BBC services can adapt and change to meet future audience demands. Director-General Tony Hall said the proposals were about creating an open BBC that works in partnership for the good of Britain at home and abroad, and helps secure the future of public service broadcasting.
