BBC submits proposals to improve iPlayer service to Ofcom

The BBC has submitted proposals to improve iPlayer to Ofcom. It wants to make programmes available for longer and offer more box sets and archive titles. The proposals have been sent to Ofcom after the BBC conducted a full Public Interest Test.
