BC Partners sells 7.8% of Com Hem

BC Partners closed the sale of 15 million shares in Com Hem on 25 July, or a 7.8 percent stake, according to Direkt news agency, citing Bloomberg. It sold them at SEK 73.25 per share in a bookbuilding process, following a 90-day lock-in period. BC Partners now owns 30.7 percent of the cable company and remains its largest single shareholder.
