BCE improves revenue 2.9 percent in Q3

Friday 6 November 2015 | 09:01 CET | News
Canadian operator BCE reported CAD 5.35 billion of revenue in the third quarter, a 2.9 percent increase on CAD 5.2 billion in the third quarter of 2014, on wireless, wireline and media revenue growth. The group raised its Adjusted EBITDA by 3.4 percent to CAD 2.19 billion as stronger revenue growth and operating costs savings at Bell Wireline more than offset higher upfront subscriber acquisition costs in wireless postpaid, internet and IPTV subscribers. Net profit improved by 23.2 percent to CAD 739 million.
