BDUK superfast broadband reaches 3.84 mln premises

The latest BDUK programme data provided by the UK Government shows that 3.84 million premises had a superfast broadband make available as of end-March as a result of BDUK-supported projects. BDUK grants to local authorities and budget transfers to devolved administrations amounted to a cumulative GBP 476.74 million in cash terms as of 31 March. This equates to 8,056 premises covered per million pounds of broadband delivery programme expenditure. The Government will publish data up to the end-June 2016 in August.
