Beeline changes call rate to Uzbekistan

Russian mobile operator Beeline, controlled by the Veon group, plans to modify the rates of calls to Uzbekistan under its 'Welcome To Everything' and 'Welcome To Everything 2016' options. The rate of the calls will total RUB 3.5 per minute under the options. Other conditions will remain unchanged. The new rates will be applied from 27 September.
