Beeline drops national roaming in 3 regions

Russian mobile operator Vimpelcom, working under the Beeline brand, has dropped national roaming in three regions: Tyumen, Yugra and Yamal-Nenets, reports Kp.ru. Rates for all on-net calls, are being calculated as local within the three regions under the new 'Open Communication Borders' option. DLD-telephone calls will be offered at home network rates. The offer is accessible for new subscribers, as well as for those switching to the new tariff.
