Beeline offers access to messengers, maps after using up prepaid credit

Russian mobile operator Beeline has started giving subscribers access to messengers, mapping and navigation services even when they are out of prepaid credit. The option is available by activating the service 'Insurance At Zero' when they still have a positive balance. The services will be available automatically then for 24 hours after reaching zero balance.
