Beeline saves RUB 200 mln optimising logistics

Russian mobile operator Beeline said it has optimised its procurement and logistics, enabling savings of more than RUB 200 million. The company reduced staff in logistics units and transferred warehouse work to temporary staff. In addition, the operator carried out projects such as the 3PL programme, re-engineering the P2P (purchase to pay) process, transformation of business processes related to procurement planning, and the automatisation of some business processes.
