Beeline, TTK to develop fixed virtual network operators services together

Russian mobile operator Beeline, controlled by the Veon Group, has signed a partnership agreement with fixed operator TTK, reports Cnews.ru. The parties will together developing an FVNO (Fixed Virtual Network Operator) programme.
