Belarusian GPON user base reaches 2.7 mln

The subscriber base of the Belarusian IMS multi-service platform totals 3.57 million. The fixed telephony subscriber base is at 4.45 million, with a market penetration of 47.7 percent. In 2016-2020, around 33,000 km worth of fibre lines have been built in the country; the subscriber base using GPON networks is at over 2.7 million.
