Belden sells MCS business for USD 39 mln

Belden has agreed to sell its Mobile Machine Control Solutions (MCS) business, including a 50 percent stake in a Chinese joint venture, to WIKA Group for USD 39 million. The transaction is subject to the usual post-closing adjustments and closing conditions, including regulatory clearance, and is expected to close in the second quarter.
