Belgian prosecutor investigates hacking attacks against PM

Belgian PM Elio Di Rupo has filed a criminal complaint after his office was the subject of hacking, De Tijd reports. The federal prosecutor confirmed an investigation is underway into two attacks. In August 2012 and October 2013, malware was discovered. The first case involved advanced viruses, which were very similar to malware that invaded the foreign affairs ministry. The second case was a DDoS attack that almost brought down all of the PM office's systems.
