Bell and Telus deliver best mobile performance in Canada - Tutela

Bell provided the fastest download and upload speeds over mobile networks in Canada at the end of January, but it tied with Telus for best quality network, according to the latest study from Tutela, which looked at 1.8 billion measurements between 1 August 2018 and end January. Telus provided the best latency.
