Bell Benin Communications loses GSM licence in Benin

The GSM licence held by Bell Benin Communications (BBCom) has been revoked by the government of Benin, reports Agence Ecofin. The decision, approved on 02 August, was motivated by the operator's failure to meet its licence requirements following the sanction proceedings opened by national regulator ARCEP earlier this year.
