Bell Canada to waive extra usage fees, provide info at home and abroad during virus outbreak

Bell Canada said it has taken a number of steps to ensure service continuity amid growing service volumes, while also waiving fees on key services and providing billing relief for customers in difficulty because of the covid-19 outbreak. Bell added that it has enhanced capacity and redundancy for its mobile, fixed and broadcast media networks, with special support for health care providers and first responders, and a commitment to providing the latest news to Canadians at local, regional and national levels.
