Bell, Telus get top marks for speed, excellent quality - study

Bell and Telus tied in Canada for the best Excellent Consistent Quality, were just 0.2 percent apart on Core Consistent Quality and were within 0.5 Mbps of each other for median download speed, according to Tutela's April report on mobile networks. The results were a little differentiated in cities, with Bell carrying more off in the East and Telus in the West. Separatly, Telus noted that it placed first in the world for 4G download speeds, accordign to Opensignal's Mobile Experience report during the covid-19 pandemic.
