Berg becomes CEO of Yapital

QR-code based m-payments company Yapital appointed Marc Berg as CEO with immediate effect. Berg has been managing the company as joint CEO alongside Nils Winkler since November 2014. Winkler had been absent since November for personal reasons. He leaves the company with immediate effect in order to take on new challenges elsewhere. In addition to his role as Yapital-CEO, Berg will continue to be managing director of Finnovato. Andreas Grimm will also leave the company.
