Bezeq offers FTTR, 2.5 Gbps service at 50% discount

Bezeq Israel has announced the launch Fibre to the Room (FTTR) in response to a change in usage patterns and the trend towards digital smart homes that are more connected. It allows surfing at up to 1 Gbps on Wi-Fi and even in areas of the home where there is no reception, such as a safe room, cellar or upper floor. It involves a technician threading the optical fibre to the room (two fibre points per home).
