Bezeq to write down Yes value by ILS 1.5 billion

Wednesday 20 March 2019 | 10:36 CET | News
Israeli operator Bezeq said it would reduce the valuation of its TV unit Yes by ILS 1.5 billion in its 2018 financial report after the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) said the subsidiaries Pelephone, Bezeq International and Yes should have different accounting units. Bezeq had earlier said the writedown of assets in the accounts of subsidiary company DBS Satellite Services (trading under the Yes brand), would ultimately total ILS 1.1 billion.
