Tuesday 28 April 2015 | 10:32 CET | News
Local utilities provider Stadtwerke Unna and regional telecoms provider Heli Net are investing to supply broadband internet in Billmerich and Massen-Nord from 2016. Empty ducts have already been laid during electricity and gas works in both districts. Works are under way to connect the Liedbach school in Billmerich and the university in Massen to the fibre grid. Stadtwerke Unna customers who sign a contract with Heli Net get a discounted rate for home installation. Instead of EUR 69.95, they will pay EUR 49.95.
