BIPT outlines reserved spectrum, coverage requirements for potential newcomer

Belgian regulator BIPT has released further details on the expected special conditions in the spectrum auction for a new entrant. These include reserved blocks in certain bands and lower coverage requirements. The auction terms are still subject to final cabinet approval and consultation with advisory bodies.
