BIPT threatens to fine Citymesh over unused 3.5GHz licence

Belgian regulator BIPT has fined operator Citymesh with almost 15,000 euro, for not complying with roll out obligations in the 3.5 GHz band. Citymesh must activate its frequencies. BIPT has just published the non-confidential version of the decision.
