Bitkom survey shows more German firms taking out cyber insurance

The market for cyber insurance in Germany is growing with 1 in 7 (14%) industrial businesses taking out insurance against digital corporate espionage, sabotage or data theft, according to a survey conducted by ICT industry group Bitkom. This is up from 11 percent in 2016.
