BNetzA confirms bitstream access regulation

The Federal Network Agency, BNetzA, said it has confirmed its decision regarding framework conditions for bitstream regulation in the coming years. The draft decision was published in April. It said Telekom Deutschland must continue to provide competitors with bitstream access at non-discriminatory conditions. The access obligation covers layer 2 bitstream as well as layer 3. It must use standardised, template contracts.
