BNetzA makes 1st decision in Deutsche Telekom-1&1 hybrid row

Thursday 5 November 2015 | 11:30 CET | News
The German Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) decided that Deutsche Telekom may not be forced to offer a wholesale product for Magenta Hybrid, but a ban on the product has not been ruled out yet, teltarif.de reports. 1&1 had presented a request for a decision in the dispute settlement procedure against Deutsche Telekom, asking either for access to the hybrid product through a wholesale product, or for it to be banned. BNetzA has now ruled out the first part of 1&1's request.
