BNetzA tells GTCom to resolve connection, top-up problems

Tuesday 26 August 2014 | 09:42 CET | News
Germany's federal network agency BNetzA (BNA) has told MVNO GTCom to resolve problems that its customers have had with obtaining a connection and with topping up their credit, according to Teltarif.de. The problems have been affecting the brands ATU talk, Connex, ExpressMobile, GaleriaMobil, Globus Mobil, mp3 mobile, n-tv go! and Ring. GTCom uses the E-Plus network for its services and has blamed E-Plus for technical faults, but E-Plus has told Teltarif.de that there are no hitches on its grid.
