BOCRA consults over DTT licensing framework

Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority (BOCRA) has put out a paper on the licensing framework for digital terrestrial television out for public consultation. The aim is to revolutionise digital broadcasting in the country and create an enabling environment for all stakeholders, the Standard reported. The deadline for comments is 23 January. BOCRA will then produce a draft licensing framework which will be circulated to all stakeholders.
