Boingo Wireless narrows net loss on unchanged revenue in Q1

Boingo Wireless, which agreed in March to its takeover by Digital Colony after a major restructuring in 2020, narrowed its net loss in the first quarter to USD 6.4 million or USD 0.14 per share, from a loss of 4.6 million and 0.10 per share. Revenues were flat year-on-year at USD 59.9 million and the adjusted EBITDA increased 13.9 percent to USD 21.3 million. Boingo had 41,500 million DAS nodes, with an additional 11,400 nodes in backlog, against 41.200 and 11,500 in the previous quarter.
